These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all purchases made through Samanta Medina Art.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Products

All products sold through this website, including handmade journals and snail mail subscriptions, are created in limited quantities and may vary slightly in appearance due to the handmade nature of the items.

Each piece is unique and may contain small variations that are part of the artistic process.

 

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available on our website. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

 

4. Shipping​

 

Snail Mail Club:

Postage is included, all snail mail is sent with standard stamps (non-trackable) and is expected to arrive safely. If anything goes missing (rare, but it can happen), just email us and we’ll help.

 

We ship Snail Mail to:

- USA

- Europe

- United Kingdom

- Australia

 

Please note that all orders ship from the USA, so international delivery (outside the USA) may take about one extra week.

Journals:

Flat-rate shipping applies based on your address and product. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Please note that journals are only available for shipping within the USA.

Packages are trackable, and you’ll receive a notification with tracking info.​​

Standard Shipping: $6.99 (3-5 business days)

Priority Shipping: $9.99 (1-3 business days)

Free shipping when you purchase 2 or more journals.

**Samanta Medina is not responsible to pay any custom duties on international orders, all responsibility is with the customer once the item has been dispatched from USA.​

5. Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item so we can assist you.

E-Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be applied on the snail mail subscription.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Samanta Medina Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has been dispatched. However, we are happy to help you with next steps, such as contacting the postal service to find a solution.
