All sales are final. Each item is handmade and created in limited quantities, which makes every piece unique. Because of the nature of handmade goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

E-Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be applied on the snail mail subscription.
