Each Cherub Mail is made to order, so it cannot be returned or refunded. Postage is included, all mail is sent with standard stamps (non-trackable) and is expected to arrive safely. If anything goes missing (rare, but it can happen), just email us and we’ll help. We send our Snail Mail within the USA and to Europe, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand.
