REFUND POLICY FOR PRINTS & ORIGINALS
ORIGINAL ART RETURN POLICY
If you’re not satisfied with your original artwork, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping insurance. A refund will be issued once the artwork is received in its original, undamaged condition — which is why purchasing shipping insurance is essential. Please note that return shipping costs can be high, especially for international orders, due to the size, weight, and insurance requirements of original art.
FINE ART PRINTS POLICY
All fine art prints are made to order and considered final sale. Returns are accepted only if the print arrives damaged, lost, or materially differs from the description provided on our website. Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All prints are professionally produced and shipped worldwide by a trusted third-party partner to ensure the highest quality. Should you encounter any such issue, please contact us directly so we can address it promptly. Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preference or expectations consistent with the product description.
If the item is damaged or falls under these categories, please follow the steps outlined under “Damaged Items”.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or the item does not match the description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing SammyMedinaArt@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

Clear photos of both the item and its packaging
Once reviewed, we will either ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference. In some cases, the refund may be processed through shipping insurance, depending on the nature of the damage. Claims submitted after the 14-day window cannot be accepted.
Note on Original Canvas Artwork:
Each original painting is handmade and one-of-a-kind, featuring natural textures, visible brushstrokes, and slight surface imperfections that add to its character and authenticity. These are not flaws but unique qualities of the piece.
Please be aware that colors—especially whites—may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual artwork due to lighting and display settings. This minor variation is normal and not considered a defect.
Only artwork with significant damage caused during shipping—such as punctures, a broken frame, or other clear harm—qualifies for a refund or return.
CANCELLATIONS
All fine art prints are made to order. As such, cancellations are only possible if the production process has not yet begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at SammyMedinaArt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will review the request and confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.
For original artwork, cancellations are only permitted if the shipping process has not yet started. Once an original piece has been packaged or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel an order once it has been placed, but we will do our best to accommodate timely requests.
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be accommodated if your order has not yet shipped. Once your order is in transit, we are no longer able to modify it.
