SHIPPING POLICY FOR PRINTS & ORIGINALS

FINE ART PRINTS

All fine art prints include free international shipping on selected countries.
When we say “international shipping” for fine art prints, we refer to delivery in the following 13 countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination. We are currently working on providing a detailed list of estimated delivery times by region.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link to monitor your package’s progress.
Our prints are produced and shipped by a trusted third-party provider with production facilities located around the globe. This allows us to offer international delivery.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Shipping costs for original artworks are not included at checkout and are calculated based on the destination. Original pieces will be shipped from the United States.
Original paintings may also be shipped internationally from the USA. Shipping arrangements for your piece will be finalized once you place your order, with details provided via a separate invoice. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs.
For inquiries regarding shipping costs and estimated delivery times prior to purchase, please contact us at SammyMedinaArt@gmail.com to receive a customized shipping quote.
If you have already purchased an original piece, you will receive a separate invoice for the shipping cost via email. We typically provide shipping quotes within three business days, depending on the time the order was placed.
Your original artwork will typically be shipped within 6-7 days after full payment has been received, including payment for both the artwork and the applicable shipping charges. This processing time allows us to carefully and securely package your piece.
Once your artwork ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Please note that we recommend shipping insurance to protect your artwork during transit. Insurance costs may be included in your shipping invoice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are a standard part of international shipping and not specific to Sammy Medina Art.
